Juwa Load Cut-Off Times

Juwa players will happily play until dawn. Agents cannot work until dawn every night. A posted closing time reconciles the two.

Look at your data first

Your log already shows when the night winds down. Find the hour after which requests usually drop to a trickle. Close shortly after that, rather than chasing the occasional very late player.

Two separate times

Post a last reload time and, half an hour later, a last redeem time. Players who are mid-session can finish and cash out before you sign off, which avoids the feeling of being stranded with points.

A clear notice

"Reloads until 12:30 AM, redeems until 1:00 AM, open again from 3:00 PM." Put it in the pinned rules, the welcome message and your profile status.

After-hours messages

Reply once with a saved line saying you are closed and when you reopen. Next day, deal with those messages first, in the order they arrived.

Payments that arrive late

If someone pays after closing, they are first in line in the morning. Say so in your rules so the player knows the money is not lost.

Exceptions

Special nights, such as a holiday, can have later closing. Announce it each time so it does not become a permanent expectation.

Tell newcomers early

Mention closing time in the very first message a new player receives. Rules learned on day one feel fair; rules discovered at the cut-off feel personal.
