Juwa Distributor Canada

One Juwa distributor seat can feed agents in a single Canadian city or in several provinces at once.

Provincial rules

Gaming rules in Canada differ by province. Understand the position for you and each agent. We operate online and do not claim any Canadian address.

Agents in different zones

With agents from Halifax to Vancouver, busy hours roll westward through the evening. Top up eastern agents first and western agents a couple of hours later.

An app-only game

Canadian Juwa players install the phone app before anything else. Ask every agent to use the same install instructions and official link so players are never sent to fake downloads.

Keno and slots in winter

Long winter nights mean more time on phones. Players who drift between slots, keno boards and fish tables tend to play longer sessions in the cold months, so raise your stock from late autumn.

Testing the chain

Open a dummy agent and a dummy player, send a small amount from your seat to the agent and on to the player, then pull it back. If the history makes sense to you, you are ready.

Handovers

When an eastern agent signs off, ask them to post a two-line note for the western agent: players waiting on redeems and anything unusual. It prevents players being asked the same thing twice.
