Juwa Backend Login Help

Signing in is the first thing you do every shift. Here is how the Juwa backend login works for admins and agents.

Where you sign in

Juwa operators sign in through a web page rather than the player app. The operator address linked on our home page is ht.juwa777.com/login. Admins and agents use the same page; what you see after signing in depends on the level of your login.

What you need

• A username we create for you or that your distributor creates.
• A temporary password, which you change at first sign-in.
• A current browser on a computer or phone.

Locked out?

Typing the wrong password several times can block the login for a while. Wait a little, check that caps lock is off and try again. If it still fails, ask whoever created your login to reset it. If that was us, message us with your username and we sort it out.

Bookmark the right address

Copycat pages exist for most popular platforms. Save the sign-in address as a bookmark and use it every time, instead of searching for it and clicking the first link you see. Never type your password into a page someone sent you in a random message.

Signing in on shared devices

If your store uses a shared computer, always sign out at the end of a shift and avoid letting the browser remember the password. On your own phone, a screen lock is the minimum. These small habits matter because one login can reach real money, and most account problems start with a device someone else could pick up.
