The history page is your Juwa seat's memory. Learn to read it and most questions answer themselves.

What an entry tells you

Each entry in Juwa history records a time, the seat or staff login that acted, the player or seller affected, the type of movement, the amount and the balance after. One line, one action.

Finding one player

A player query? Type their username into the search box. You will see every load and redeem in order, which usually settles the question in seconds.

Finding one night

Set the date range to a single evening to review a busy shift or check a handover.

Mistakes to look for

• A load you cannot match to a payment.
• The same load twice in a row.
• A redeem that has no payout in your sheet.
• Any action under a staff login at an odd hour.

Keep your own copy

Once a week, take screenshots or notes of the totals and store them with your records. If you ever change supplier or seat, you still have your past.

Correcting errors

Juwa history cannot be edited. Fix a wrong load with a redeem and a new load, and write a note so it reads clearly later. Staff access is covered on Juwa staff logins.
