Juwa Backend Panel Tour

Once you are signed in, the Juwa backend panel is where your whole shift happens. Here is how to find your way around.

Player tools

This is where you spend most of your time: creating player accounts, loading credits after payment, handling redeems and resetting passwords. Search by username rather than scrolling; it is faster when your list grows.

Agent tools

On a distributor seat you also see tools to create agents and send them credits. Agents do not see these menus.

History and reports

Every load and redeem is recorded. Check the history at the end of each day against your own payment notes. Small mismatches are easy to fix the same day and painful to untangle a week later.

Habits for busy shifts

• Keep the panel open in a pinned browser tab.
• Check your balance before peak hours.
• Use quick reply templates in your chat app for common questions.

The Juwa backend guide covers the basics; this page goes menu by menu.

When something looks wrong

If a balance or a transaction does not match what you expected, do not guess. Note the time, the username and the amount, take a screenshot and message whoever supplies you. Most issues turn out to be a typo or a double tap and are fixed quickly. Clear details make that fix much faster than a vague message saying something is broken.

Keep those screenshots in one folder so you can find them if the same player asks again later. Over time you will learn which menus you use daily and which you hardly touch, and the panel will feel second nature.
