Juwa Backend and Admin Panel
The operator site is where the Juwa business is run. Players see the reels and keno; you see the controls behind them.
Tasks you handle from the panel
Player setup
Create a username and password for a player in seconds and pass it on.
Recharge & redeem
Load credits when a player pays and take them off when they withdraw.
Records
Find any transaction and keep your own figures accurate.
Admin login vs agent login
Opening agents needs the top Juwa login. Agent logins look after players only. Tell us roughly how many players you have and we will suggest a level.
Keeping credits topped up
Your balance is prepaid. When the balance falls, message us, pay for the next batch and it goes into the same login. Quotes depend on order size, so we send them in private.

Walking through the Juwa operator site
The Juwa back office opens from a sign-in page with a username, password and a short image code. Once inside, your remaining credits are shown near the top, accounts beneath you are listed in a table, and a lookup box jumps straight to any username. The side menu holds the tools you touch every day: create user, deposit, withdraw, records and password change. Each login can only see the accounts filed beneath it.
Jobs that fill a normal shift
Making a new player
Pick create user, type a username and a password, then confirm. The player can sign in to the app straight after. A short naming pattern, for example your initials followed by a number, makes a long list much easier to scan later.
Loading credits
Once a player has paid you, find their username and type in the amount. Their total goes up and your own goes down by the identical number at the same moment.
Paying out
For a withdrawal, take the amount off the player balance. Those credits come back to you, and you settle with the player using whatever method you agreed. Both lines appear in the records.
Password changes and locks
Forgotten passwords are the request you will see most, and fixing one takes seconds. If you think an account is being passed around or abused, you can lock it from the same screen.
Top login versus agent login
A Juwa distributor login can open agents, check what each of them holds and send credits down to them. An agent login keeps all the player tools but cannot open further agents. You only need the top level if you plan to supply other sellers.
Using the records page
Every deposit and withdrawal is written to the records with a time stamp. Filter by player or by date whenever someone asks where their credits went. It also helps to keep a plain list of your own, with date, username, credits added and credits removed, and to check it against the records at the end of each shift.
Nothing to install on your side
Since the operator site is browser based, any laptop, tablet or phone will do. Keep the browser updated, and always log out if you used a borrowed device.
Protecting your Juwa login
- Pick a lengthy password that is unique to this login.
- Give every helper a separate login.
- Check the records daily for changes you did not make.
- Contact us straight away if you think your password is known to someone else.
Getting your own operator login
Every new client gets an empty Juwa login to rehearse each of these steps for free. When you are comfortable, ask for a quote and load it. Next, read the app setup guide or the FAQ.
