Juwa Redeem Process for Agents

A Juwa redeem moves credits from a player back to your seat. Paying the player is a separate step that always comes second.

Step 1: the request

The player sends their Juwa username and the amount they want to redeem. In writing, every time, even for regulars.

Step 2: confirm the balance

Find the player in your panel. Ask them to close any game in progress so the balance is final.

Step 3: redeem in Juwa

Use the redeem action on that player for the agreed amount. The credits move back to your seat, and the history records it.

Step 4: pay out

Pay the player by the method you advertised. Send them a screenshot of the payment.

Step 5: record

Add the redeem to your sheet with the payment reference. Your sheet and the Juwa history should tell the same story.

Good habits

• Publish your cash-out hours and any minimum before players load.
• Handle requests in the order they arrive.
• If a number looks wrong, pause and check the history before paying.
