How much to keep on hand

Count how many customers you serve on a typical evening and what they usually load. Keep enough Juwa credits for your busiest evening plus a margin. Walk-in customers will not wait for a reload the way online players might.

Keeping the till and the panel in step

Every cash payment at the counter should match one load in the panel. At closing, total the till's Juwa takings and compare them with the day's loads. If they differ, find out before the next shift.

Shifts

Give each staff member their own Juwa login. At handover, both people look at the store balance together and write it down with the time.

Ordering for a store

1. Message us with your store seat name and the amount.
2. We confirm the price privately.
3. Pay first; the credits land in the store seat.
