"Admin" is the word many Juwa sellers use for the top login in their branch. Here is what that seat can and cannot do.

The admin seat in a Juwa network

Whoever opens agent logins is, in practice, the admin. That person sets starting passwords, moves credits downward and can read the activity of every account beneath them. Juwa sellers mix the words admin, backend and panel freely; they usually mean the same browser screen seen from a higher level.

What an admin can do that an agent cannot

• Create new agent or store logins and disable old ones.
• Send credits to an agent and pull unused credits back.
• View totals for the whole group, not just one player list.
• Reset an agent password when a helper forgets theirs.

More than one admin?

Partners often want to share control. The cleaner way is one login per person, so the history shows exactly who moved what. Sharing a single password feels simpler on day one and causes arguments by month three.

Keeping admin access safe

Change the temporary password on first sign-in, never send it in a group chat and sign out on shared computers. A quick weekly admin routine

Once a week, scroll through your agent list and ask three questions: who has not loaded anything in a while, who is running low, and who has had unusual redeems. Message the quiet ones, top up the busy ones and look closer at anything odd. Ten minutes of review keeps a Juwa network healthier than any amount of firefighting later.
