Juwa Download and App Guide

Where players get the Juwa app

Juwa is played through an Android app and an iPhone app. The player download page is dl.juwa777.com. Send that link to your players directly rather than telling them to search, since copycat download pages do exist.

The app has no registration screen. Players sign in with the username and password you set for them in the Juwa backend.

Android setup

1. Load the download page in Chrome.
2. Press the Android option. The phone may warn you because the file does not come from Google Play.
3. Allow installs from that source and open the file you downloaded.
4. Launch Juwa and enter the username and password your agent gave you.

iPhone setup

1. Load the download page in Safari.
2. Press the iOS option and follow the prompts.
3. If an untrusted developer alert shows, approve the profile under Settings, General, VPN & Device Management.
4. Open the app and sign in.

Quick fixes

The install fails on Android

Free up some space and remove any old Juwa version before trying again.

The app closes as soon as it opens

Restart the phone, then switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.

Login details rejected

Check for a typing mistake first. If that is fine, the agent can set a new password in seconds.

Does the app cost anything?

No, the download is free. Players receive credits from their agent, and agents buy theirs from us in advance.

Want to run Juwa yourself?

If you are here for the business side, head to the Juwa agent account page or the distributor guide.

Keeping the app current

Juwa pushes new app builds now and then with extra titles and fixes. If something stops working, reinstall from the current download page; the balance is stored on the account, not the phone.
