Juwa Password Reset

Juwa does not send reset emails. A new password comes from the seat that created yours.

Who can reset you

The seat that created your Juwa login can set a new password on it. If we opened your seat, ask us. If a distributor opened it, ask them.

What we need

Write from the same number or email that ordered the seat, and copy the username letter for letter. That is how we know the request is genuine. We never need your old password.

Resetting your own sellers or staff

1. Open your seller or staff list in the Juwa panel.
2. Choose the account and edit it.
3. Set a temporary password and send it privately.
4. Ask them to change it straight away.

Choosing a better password

Pick several unrelated words in a row. It is long, easy to remember and hard to guess. Keep it in a password manager.

If you did not ask for a reset

If your password changed without your request, tell us immediately. We can pause the seat to protect the balance. Login problems that are not about the password are covered in Juwa admin login help.
