Juwa Frozen Account: What To Do

A frozen Juwa seat feels urgent. A short, calm checklist gets it moving faster than panic messages.

Whose account is frozen?

If a player says they are locked out, check their account in your Juwa panel first. You may be able to re-enable it or set a new password yourself.

If it is your own seat

The common reasons are a run of wrong passwords, a pause by the seat above you, a reseller further up losing their own access, or short platform maintenance.

What to send us

• Your Juwa username.
• When it stopped working.
• The message on screen, as a screenshot.
• Your last known balance.

Pass that list to our support team through the WhatsApp line or the email address in the footer. Never include your Juwa password in the message.

Looking after players

Post a short note that loads are paused for a little while. Do not accept payments until you can load them again.

Preventing a repeat
