Juwa Agent Login Help

Juwa agents mostly work from a phone. These tips are written for that, and for the moment a player is waiting.

Bookmark the seller page, not the app

The Juwa app on your phone is the player app. Your agent login is a website. Open the panel link we sent in your phone's browser and add it to your home screen so it opens with one tap.

Typing on a phone

Phone keyboards add capitals and sometimes a space after a word. Juwa usernames and passwords are exact, so turn off auto-capitalisation or paste the details from a note.

Signal and network

If the login button spins, the connection is the usual suspect. Step outside a weak spot, or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data and try again.

The page looks broken

Rotate the phone, zoom out, or request the desktop version from the browser menu. The panel has many columns and sometimes fits better that way.
