Juwa Sub Distributor

A sub distributor is a middle seat: below a main distributor, above a group of agents.

Why the middle seat exists

When a distributor has many agents, managing each one personally becomes a full-time job. A sub distributor takes a slice of that work: they receive credits from above and pass them to their own small team.

Who makes a good sub distributor

Usually an experienced agent who already helps newer agents, or a partner who handles a different region or language group. They need to reply quickly and keep honest records, because they now answer to people above and below them.

Setting one up

1. The main distributor creates the sub distributor login.
2. Credits are sent to the new seat.
3. The sub distributor opens agent logins underneath.

Keeping the chain tidy

Agree in writing how credits are settled between each level and how often. Review the panel history together once a week. Most disputes in bigger Juwa networks come from unclear agreements, not from the software.

Growing from agent to sub distributor

If newer agents already come to you for help, you may be doing a sub distributor’s job without the seat. Moving up formalises that: you supply them directly, keep the history in one place and earn on the volume your group moves. Start with two or three agents you trust, then add more only once your routine for supplying and settling them feels comfortable and repeatable.

Talk to us before you invite anyone, so the seat is set up the way your group actually works.
