Juwa Distributor FAQ

These are the questions we hear most from people taking on a Juwa distributor seat. The short answers are below, with links to longer guides.

About the seat

A Juwa distributor seat sits above agents and stores. It creates their logins, moves credits to them and shows their history. A sub-distributor is a smaller version under a larger distributor. See Juwa sub distributor.

About buying

Credits are prepaid. You order from us, then pass them to your sellers as they pay you. The Juwa promo is 9% from 5,000 points; other quantities are quoted privately.

About your sellers

• Give each seller a clear name in the panel.
• Agree on their price and payment terms in writing.
• Check their history weekly for anything unusual.

About holding

Holding is the share a seller keeps from activity. It varies with seat level and agreement. Our holding page explains how it works.

About support

We help with password resets, frozen seats and panel questions. Contact: info@gamebridgedistributor.com by email, +1 (724) 466-2790 on WhatsApp.

About growing

Distributors grow by helping their agents succeed. Share what works: response habits, house rules, simple offers. An agent who keeps players happy reloads more often, which keeps your own balance moving. Check in with each agent every couple of weeks, even briefly, so you hear about problems before they cost you sellers.

Those regular check-ins also show you which agents are ready for more responsibility.

About testing

Every new seat starts empty so you can explore before paying. Use that time to create a test agent and see how credits move between levels.
