Juwa Login Not Working

First decide whose login is failing: a player in the app or a seller in the panel. The fixes differ.

Player cannot sign in to the app

• Check spelling and capital letters in the username.
• Confirm the player is using the username you created, not an old one.
• Look the player up in your panel: is the account enabled?
• If it still fails, set a fresh password in the panel and pass it on by direct message.

Seller cannot sign in to the panel

Open the panel address exactly as saved, check the keyboard is not adding capital letters, and try another browser. Clear the saved password if it might be outdated.

Too many attempts

Repeated wrong passwords can lock a login for a while. Stop trying, wait, then try once more with care.

When to ask for a reset

If your seller login still fails, message us from the contact you normally use. We confirm it is you, then reset it. See password reset for details.

Security check

If you did not change the password and it suddenly fails, someone else may have. Ask for a reset at once and review your history for actions you did not make.

Player messages to save

Keep a template that asks for the username, the exact error text and the phone model. Asking for all three in one message saves a round of questions and gets the player back into the lobby faster. Most login cases are solved in a single reply once you have those details.

Prevention

Use a password manager, separate logins for staff and sign out on shared devices.
