Juwa Download Link Help

Most install problems start with the link itself. These checks fix the majority within a couple of minutes.

Send the right link

The player download page we use is dl.juwa777.com. Send it as text, not as a screenshot, so players can tap it. Avoid shortening it with link shorteners, which some phones block.

Android: link opens but nothing downloads

• Open the link in Chrome rather than inside a chat app’s browser.
• Allow installs from that browser when the phone asks.
• Check free storage.

iPhone: app installs but will not open

Some installs need the developer to be trusted in Settings before first launch. Our iPhone guide has the exact path.

Link opens a different site

If the page looks unfamiliar or asks for a login, stop. Copycat download pages exist. Re-send the link yourself and tell the player to use only that.

Old link saved

Players sometimes reuse a link from months ago. If anything changes on our side we tell sellers, so check with us before assuming the platform is down.

A ready-made message

Save a short message with the link and two lines of instructions for each phone type. Sending the same tested text every time cuts back-and-forth with new players and reduces mistakes. Update it whenever you learn about a new snag, so it improves with every install you help with.

Pin the same message in your group too.

Still stuck

Ask the player for a screenshot of the error and their phone model. Send them to us if needed; we reply with specific steps.
