Juwa Agent Account for Stores

A shop does not need special equipment to offer Juwa. An agent-level seat and a few routines are enough.

What the store gets

A store account on Juwa is an agent-level seat: it creates player usernames, loads credits after payment and redeems at cash-out. The panel opens in any browser at the counter.

Customers use their own phones

Players install the Juwa app on their phones and sign in with the username you create. The shop does not need extra screens. That keeps setup costs at zero beyond your first credit order.

Staff routines

• One login per employee so the history shows who did each action.
• Load only after payment is received.
• Record each cash-out in a notebook or sheet as well as the panel.
• Log off the panel when the shift ends.

Keeping stock

Watch your balance before evenings and weekends. Running out with a queue at the counter loses customers. The Juwa promo of 9% applies to orders from 5,000 points, which suits most shops.

Several shops?

Owners with more than one location should read our multi-location page before setting up.

Counter etiquette

Customers at a counter can see the screen. Keep the panel’s history page closed while serving, so other people’s usernames and amounts are not visible. A small habit like this protects your customers’ privacy and makes the shop feel more professional, which brings repeat visits.

A tidy counter and a private screen tell customers you take their money seriously.

Getting started

Ask us for an empty store seat. Explore the panel, create a test player, then order credits when ready. More on the shop side is in Juwa store account.
