Juwa for Multi-Location Stores

Owners with two or more shops need a slightly different setup from a single counter. Here is the structure we suggest.

One seat per location

Give each shop its own agent-level seat. Players created at one shop stay with that shop, and each location’s records stay clean. Mixing two shops into one seat makes cash-outs and staff checks much harder.

A parent seat above

As owner, hold a sub-distributor seat that sits above the shop seats. From there you can move credits to each location as needed and see every shop’s history in one place.

Staff by shop

• Each employee gets a login only for the shop where they work.
• Managers check their own shop’s history each morning.
• Remove a login the day someone leaves.

Balancing credits

Shops rarely sell at the same pace. Top up the busiest location more often instead of overloading every shop equally. A weekly glance at each seat’s activity tells you where credits go.

Naming

Name each seat after its street or town so nobody loads the wrong location. Use the same name in your sheets and notes.

Weekly owner review

Set aside a fixed time each week to check every location from the parent seat. Compare credits sent against loads made, look for usernames created outside opening hours and note which staff handled most redeems. Problems caught in a weekly review stay small; problems found months later are much harder to unpick.

Buying
