Adapting the routine

If your players live in another time zone, move each block to match their evening, not yours. Extra lines are welcome, for instance a glance at the keno board your regulars love. A checklist only helps if it fits the way you really work, so adjust it after your first month.

Why the routine matters

Most agent problems are small things left too long: a redeem forgotten overnight, a balance that ran out at peak time, an app update that locked players out. A daily routine catches each of these early. It also means that if you ever hand your seat to a helper for a day, they can follow the same list and your players will barely notice the change. Print it, pin it or keep it in your phone notes, and tick it off honestly.
