How to Start a Juwa Business

Starting a Juwa business is mostly about organisation: the right seat, a sensible first balance and habits that keep players happy.

Step 1: pick your level

If you will serve your own players, begin with an agent seat. If you already know people who want to resell, a distributor seat lets you open logins for them. You can move up later.

Step 2: test before you fund

Ask for an empty login. Spend an evening making a test player, installing the app and running a pretend load and redeem. Only fund the seat when every step feels comfortable.

Step 3: size your first balance

Think about how many players you have and how much each usually loads in a week. Start smaller than you think; reordering is easy. The current promo applies from 5,000 points.

Step 4: write house rules

Decide minimum loads, redeem times and what happens if someone disputes a transaction. Pin the rules in your group. Clear rules prevent most arguments.

Step 5: find and keep players

Most agents grow by word of mouth. Answer fast, send proof after each top-up and keep away from any talk of guaranteed wins. Our retention ideas page has more.

Step 6: keep records

Keep a parallel log of top-ups and cash-outs outside the panel. Weekly, compare it with the panel history and your payments. That habit is what separates a business from a hobby.
