Juwa Player Referral Tracking

Most Juwa agents grow through word of mouth. Knowing who sends you new players lets you thank the right people and spot where growth really comes from.

Ask one question

When a new player arrives, ask: "Who told you about me?" Write the answer in a referral column next to their username.

Count monthly

At month-end, count referrals per existing player. Usually a handful of people bring most newcomers. They are your most valuable players, whatever they load themselves.

Thank them

A personal thank-you message matters more than people think. If you offer a reward, keep it modest, clearly stated and given only after the new player has actually loaded.

Watch for gaming the system

• One person creating "friends" who are really themselves.
• Referrals who load once and disappear.
• Rewards claimed before any real play.

Rewarding only after a genuine first load removes most of this.

Learn where growth comes from

If most new players come from one community or workplace, your reputation there matters most. Treat every player from that group with extra care.

Privacy

Do not tell players who referred whom unless both are happy with it.

Keep the column simple

Write the referrer's username exactly as it appears in the backend, not a nickname. Months later, when you count referrals, mismatched names make the totals unreliable. If a new player cannot remember who sent them, write "unknown" rather than guessing, and do not pay a reward on an unknown entry.
