Juwa Player Complaint Log

Complaints feel personal in the moment. Written down, they become the most useful feedback a Juwa agent gets.

What to record

Date, username, what the player said, what had actually happened, how you responded and whether it was resolved. Keep each entry to two or three lines.

Respond first, log second

Reply to the player promptly and calmly. Once things are settled, add the entry. Never argue in a group chat; move it to a private message.

Sort into types

• Slow load or slow cash-out.
• Balance confusion.
• App or login problems.
• Rule disagreements.

Look for patterns monthly

If most complaints are about slow cash-outs on Sunday nights, that is a staffing or stock problem. If they are about rules, your rules need rewriting. Each pattern points to a concrete fix.

Close the loop

When you fix something a player complained about, tell them. "You mentioned Sunday cash-outs were slow; we now have a helper on Sundays." That turns a complainer into a supporter.

Do not log to punish

The log is for improving service, not for building cases against players. Keep the tone neutral.

Share with helpers

Let anyone who works with you read the log so the same issue is not handled two different ways.

Keep it private

Store the log where only you and trusted helpers can read it. It contains usernames and details players shared in confidence, so treat it with the same care as your payment records and never post screenshots of it anywhere.
