Juwa Agent Price Change Notice

Sometimes a Juwa agent has to change rates or minimums. Players accept change far better when it is announced properly.

Give notice

Announce a few days before the change takes effect. A same-day change feels like a trick, even when it is not.

Say it plainly

Old figure, new figure, start date. One short paragraph. Avoid long justifications; a single honest reason is enough.

Honor what is pending

Any payment received before the change date is loaded at the old rate. Say this explicitly so nobody worries.

Update everything

• Pinned message.
• Welcome template.
• Profile status.
• Any helper's notes.

Mismatched information across these places causes more arguments than the change itself.

Expect questions

Prepare a one-line answer for "why?" and reply to everyone the same way.

Positive changes too

If you lower a minimum or improve a rate, announce it the same way. Good news delivered clearly brings back quiet players.

Do not change often

Frequent changes make players feel unsettled. Review pricing a few times a year at most, unless something outside your control forces it.

A sample notice

"From Monday the 10th, the minimum load becomes X instead of Y. Anything paid before Monday is loaded at the current rate. Thanks for playing with us; message me with any questions." Adapt the wording to your own voice, but keep the three parts: what changes, when it starts and what happens to orders already paid. Send it once in the group and once privately to your regulars.
