Juwa Agent Work Schedule

Burnout is a real problem for agents who try to answer every message at every hour. A planned Juwa schedule keeps you and your players happy.

Start from your players’ clock

List where most of your players live and when they usually play. That is your core window. Everything else is optional.

Fixed hours beat long hours

"Online 8 PM to 1 AM Eastern, every day except Tuesday" sounds less impressive than "24/7", but players can rely on it. Reliability keeps players; promises you cannot keep lose them.

Plan for peaks

Look at your history for the busiest nights, often Friday and Saturday. Make sure you are fully available then, with balance topped up beforehand.

Breaks

Take a short break every couple of hours and tell players: "Back in 15 minutes." It is better than going silent.

Away messages

Set an automatic reply for outside your hours that says when you will be back and asks players to leave their request.

Weekend helper

If weekends are too much, a trusted helper can take one shift with their own staff login. Agree exactly what they can and cannot do.

Days off

Announce holidays a few days ahead and remind players the day before. Most will plan around you.

Schedule your orders too: weekend reload planning shows how. Stock comes from our Juwa distributor team.

Juwa City is a Juwa distributor for sellers in any country; the front page shows the 9% load promo and how the free test seat works.
