Juwa Weekly Reconciliation

Once a week, step back and check that your Juwa panel, your money and your notes tell the same story. It takes half an hour and saves far more.

Choose a quiet moment

Early in the week, before players get busy, is ideal. Keep the same day so each week compares fairly with the last.

Collect the numbers

• Total credits bought from us during the week.
• Total loaded to players and total redeemed, from the panel history.
• Money in and money out, from your own payment apps.

Check the balance

Starting balance plus credits bought, minus loads, plus redeems, should give your current balance. If it does not, something was missed or entered twice.

Check the cash

Money received should match what you charged for loads, and money paid should match cash-outs. Differences usually point to a payment logged under the wrong player.

Hunting a gap

Narrow it to a single day, then to a single hour. Comparing your chat notes with the history usually exposes the odd line quickly.

Plan ahead

Use this week’s loads to size next week’s order. If it sits near 5,000 credits, rounding up earns the 9% bonus.

A one-line weekly record

Write each week as a single row: date, credits bought, loaded, redeemed, money in, money out and a short comment. After a month the rows reveal patterns such as which nights are heaviest and whether your margin is moving.

Pair this with the daily checklist and order from our Juwa distributor team.
