Juwa Agent Scams to Avoid

Because Juwa agents hold prepaid credits, scammers target them. Recognising the usual patterns is most of the defence.

Credits at impossible prices

A stranger offers Juwa credits far below normal, insists on fast payment and vanishes. Ask any new source for an unfunded test login first and keep your first purchase small.

Doctored screenshots

An image showing a transfer proves nothing. Load only when the money is visible in your own account.

Copied identities

Someone duplicates your profile photo and name to collect payments from your players. Tell players your one genuine handle and that you never demand payment first.

"Support" asking for your password

Nobody legitimate needs your ht.juwa777.com password. If you gave it out, change it immediately.

Overpay and refund

A payment arrives for more than agreed with a request to send back the difference. Wait until the original payment has fully cleared before returning anything.

If it happens to you

1. Change your password.
2. Freeze loads to suspicious usernames.
3. Write down times and amounts.
4. Tell us so we can check your seat.

Warn your players too

Your players get targeted by the same tricks: fake agents offering bonus credits, links to imitation apps and requests for their passwords. A short pinned warning with your real handle and the genuine download address protects them and, in turn, your reputation as their agent.

Contact our Juwa distributor team only through the details on this site, and read is Juwa legit for agents.
