Onboarding New Agents as a Juwa Distributor

A Juwa distributor’s network is only as strong as its agents. A simple onboarding routine gets new agents selling correctly from week one.

Create the agent login

From your distributor seat, create the agent’s login and send the details privately, with the panel address ht.juwa777.com. Ask them to change the password straight away.

A short test period

Let the new agent explore with no balance first. Encourage them to create a practice player and look at the history screen.

Terms in writing

Send their price per credit, minimum order, your reload hours and how payments to you work. Ask them to confirm in reply.

The first order

Keep the first order modest. It is better for a new agent to reorder after a few days than to sit on credits they cannot sell.

Share the essentials

Point them to guides they will need: first week as an agent, redeem process and group chat management.

Early check-ins

Message them after their first few days. Ask how many players they have, whether anything confused them and if their records match the panel.

When it does not work

Some agents stop after a few weeks. Settle any balance fairly, and keep notes so you know what to do differently next time.
