Juwa Agent WhatsApp Setup

WhatsApp is where many Juwa players already are. A clean setup makes you look organised and keeps payments and logins out of group chats.

Use a separate number

Keep your Juwa work on its own number, ideally with WhatsApp Business. It keeps personal chats apart and lets you switch off after your shift.

Business profile

Add your working hours, a short description and your time zone. Players see this before they message, which cuts down on "are you there?" chats.

Quick replies

Save short replies for common steps: the download link dl.juwa777.com, how to get a username, payment rules and cash-out steps. Typing less means fewer typos.

Labels

Tag chats as new, paid, waiting or cash-out. At a glance you know who needs attention first.

Broadcast lists, not big groups

A broadcast list sends news to everyone while replies come back privately. That keeps balances and usernames out of shared view.

Security

Turn on two-step verification and never share the code. Warn players that you will never message them from a new number asking for money.

Keep chats manageable

Archive finished conversations at the end of each shift and pin the few that still need action. Export or back up chats you might need as payment evidence later. A tidy inbox makes it much harder to miss a waiting player or a cash-out request.
