Juwa Agent First Month Mistakes

The first month as a Juwa agent teaches a lot, sometimes expensively. Learn from the usual slips instead.

Buying too much at once

A huge first order feels efficient, but credits sitting unused for weeks are money you cannot use. Order for one week of realistic demand, then adjust.

No posted hours

Without clear hours, players message at all times and get frustrated by silence. Decide your hours on day one.

Loading on trust

"I’ll pay in five minutes" turns into "tomorrow" surprisingly often. Wait for the money, even from friends.

No records

Many agents start keeping a log only after the first dispute. Start on the first day; it is much easier.

Too many bonuses

Generous bonuses to attract players can wipe out your margin. Set a small, rule-based bonus and stick to it.

Sharing your login

Letting a friend use your login "just this once" makes the history meaningless. Ask for a staff login instead.

Ignoring the panel history

The history is your best friend. Look at it daily for the first month until you know it well. The history guide helps.

Trying to do everything

Serving players in three time zones in your first month leads to exhaustion. Start with one group and grow.

Ask when unsure

If something in the panel confuses you, ask us before guessing. A quick question costs nothing, while a wrong guess with real credits can cost a lot.
