Juwa Recharge Nepal

A Juwa recharge is the moment credits leave an agent balance and reach a player. In Nepal the steps are the same; a few details are local.

Players go through agents

A player who wants credits contacts the agent who made their username. The agent recharges from their own balance. We only refill agents and distributors, so if you are a player, your agent is the right contact.

The 45-minute offset

Nepal runs fifteen minutes ahead of India and 45 minutes off the hour from GMT. When you post cut-off times to players abroad, write the time in their zone as well, so nobody misses a bonus hour.

Before every recharge

Confirm money received, then match the username letter by letter. Juwa usernames often look alike, and a credit sent to the wrong player is painful to recover.

Dashain, Tihar and heavy weeks

Holiday weeks mean more players online. A day or two before, check your balance against last year's or last month's busiest week and restock early.

A sheet that closes cleanly

Columns for time, player, credits and payment reference. At the end of each week compare the total with the history screen. If the two match, your books are clean.

Check what local rules allow before taking payments. We have no office in Nepal.

Agents restocking for Nepal can reach the Juwa distributor team; see buying Juwa points in Nepal.

Every note on this site supports one service: a Juwa distributor login you can try empty before paying.
