Create a Juwa Player Account

Every Juwa player account is made by an agent in the panel. Doing it the same way every time keeps your list clean.

Before you start

Ask the player what name they would like and how they plan to pay. Decide on a username format you use for everyone, so you can spot your players quickly.

In the Juwa panel

1. Open ht.juwa777.com from your bookmark and sign in.
2. Find the option to create a new player.
3. Enter the username and a temporary password.
4. Save, then search the username to confirm it exists.

Sending login details

Send the username, temporary password and the download link dl.juwa777.com privately. Ask the player to change their password on the first sign-in.

First credits

Add credits only when the payment has arrived. Then tell the player the amount and ask them to check the balance in the app.

Player list

Note each player’s first name, username, join date and payment method. It makes reloads quicker and wrong transfers rare.

Players who prefer not to install

Some players do not want an app. Point them to the Juwa web version; the same username works there.

Forgotten passwords

Players forget passwords. A fresh password can be set from your panel and passed to the player one-to-one, with a reminder to replace it. The password reset guide covers the steps.

Duplicate accounts

Before making a new username, search your list. A returning player may already have one, and two accounts for one person confuse records.
