Hiring a Helper for Your Juwa Business

When your Juwa chats outgrow your hours, a helper can take some of the load. Choosing and training them well matters more than speed.

Signs you need help

Players wait more than a few minutes on busy nights, you miss cash-out requests, or you cannot take a day off. Those are the moments to consider a helper.

Choose carefully

A helper handles your balance and your players’ trust. Pick someone you know well and who is calm under pressure. Speed can be taught; honesty cannot.

Their own login

Ask us for a staff login under your seat. Never give your own password. The history will show which of you did each load, and you can remove their access at any time.

Written rules

• Load only after payment is seen in the account.
• Which cash-outs they can process alone, and which need you.
• Hours they cover.
• How they record each transaction.

Train on a test player

Let them create a practice player and do a few loads and redeems with you watching before they serve real players.

Check their shifts

At the end of each helper shift, compare their records with the panel history. Do it every time at first, then weekly once you trust the routine.

Paying a helper

Agree in advance how and when you pay them. Clear terms keep the relationship good.
