Juwa Payment Proof Checks

"I sent it, here is the screenshot" is the most common message a Juwa agent receives, and the most commonly faked one.

The rule

Load when the money is in your account, not when a picture arrives. Open your own app and see the incoming payment with your own eyes.

Signs of an edited screenshot

• Fonts or spacing that look slightly off.
• A time that does not match when the player said they paid.
• A recipient name that is close to yours but not exact.
• Pressure to load immediately "because the game is about to start".

Match three things

Amount, sender name and time. If any one does not match what the player told you, ask a polite question before loading.

Pending payments

Some methods show a payment as pending for a while. Treat pending as not yet received. Tell the player you will load as soon as it clears.

Record the reference

Copy the payment reference into your log beside the username and points. If the payment is later questioned, you have proof of what you saw.

Be consistent

Apply the same checks to regulars and newcomers alike. Exceptions are where fraud slips through, and regulars rarely mind a quick check.

If someone tries a fake

Do not argue at length. Decline politely, note the username, and stop serving them if it happens again.
