Juwa Refund Requests

Sooner or later a Juwa player asks for their money back. The fair answer depends on what happened to the points.

Case one: points never played

If a player paid, you loaded, and the history shows nothing was spent, many agents redeem the points and return the money. Decide whether you do this, and within what time, before it happens.

Case two: you loaded the wrong account

That mistake is yours. Pull the points back from the wrong username if they are untouched, load the correct one, and apologise. If the wrong player already spent them, the loss is still yours to absorb with the right player.

Case three: points were played

Once a balance has been played, there is nothing to refund; the points were used for what they were bought for. Explain this politely and show the history if needed.

Case four: the player is upset after losing

This is the hardest one. Be kind but firm. Offering refunds after losses invites the same request every week.

Write the policy

• Unplayed loads: refundable within a stated time, or not.
• Agent mistakes: always corrected.
• Played balances: not refundable.

Keep it in writing

Note every refund request and outcome in your log. Patterns show up quickly.

Tone matters

Whatever the outcome, reply in a calm voice and explain the reason in one or two lines. A player who hears no with respect often stays.
