Juwa Agent Device Setup

A tidy device setup makes every Juwa shift faster and safer. Half an hour spent on it saves many hours of trouble later.

The browser

Bookmark ht.juwa777.com in one browser and use that browser only for the backend. Turn off password saving for it. Keep the bookmark on your home screen for quick access.

Screen lock and updates

Use a PIN or fingerprint lock with a short timeout. Keep the operating system and browser updated; old versions are easier to break into.

Separate business apps

If your phone supports a second profile or a business version of your chat app, use it. Keeping player chats away from family chats prevents embarrassing mistakes and makes handovers easier.

Backups

• Chat backups switched on.
• Your log in a cloud sheet, not only on the phone.
• A paper note of key contacts.

A second device

An old phone or a cheap laptop that can open the backend means a broken screen does not stop your business.

Laptop tips

On a laptop, keep the backend in one tab and your log in another. The bigger screen helps when checking long histories before cash-outs.

Charge and connect

Keep a charger and a power bank where you work, and know how to switch to mobile data quickly.
