Juwa Agent Rewards Program

Juwa has offered an agent rewards program, which is one reason some sellers pick it. Terms can change, so treat this page as a guide to the questions to ask.

What it is in general

An agent rewards program gives sellers extra benefits based on activity. The exact rules, thresholds and rewards are set by the platform and can be updated, so we do not quote fixed figures here. Ask us for the current details before you plan around them.

Questions to ask

• What activity counts towards rewards?
• Over what period is it measured?
• How and when are rewards credited?
• Does it apply to every seat level?

How it differs from our promo

Our 9% promo is separate. It is extra points we add when one of your Juwa purchases reaches 5,000 points. It does not depend on any platform program.

Do not over-plan

Price your points to players based on your own costs. If a reward arrives, treat it as a bonus, not as something your margin depends on.

Passing value to players

Some agents use rewards to fund a small player bonus. If you do, write clear terms and keep them time-limited.

Tracking

Note any reward you receive in your ledger with the date and amount. Over a few months you will see what it actually adds.

Be honest with players

Rewards are for agents. Do not tell players the program affects game results; it does not.
