Juwa Agent Away Cover

Juwa agents get sick, travel and attend weddings. Disappearing without a plan sends players to other sellers. A simple cover plan keeps them with you.

Option one: a trusted stand-in

A helper or sub-agent covers your requests while you are away. Give them a balance limit, a list of your regulars and clear rules on what they can approve.

Option two: reduced hours

If no one can cover, keep a short daily window, even thirty minutes, and say exactly when it is. Players wait for a predictable reply; they leave when there is none.

Option three: a clean pause

For longer absences, tell players in advance, settle any pending redeems, and say when you return. Some will play elsewhere meanwhile; many come back if you left on good terms.

Before you leave

• Announce dates at least a few days ahead.
• Finish open cash-outs.
• Top up the seat if a stand-in is working.
• Change your status message.

When you return

Compare the stand-in's log with the backend, thank them, and message regulars that you are back.

Never share your login loosely

If someone must use your seat, change the password afterwards.

Brief the stand-in properly

Spend twenty minutes walking your stand-in through a typical evening: how a request arrives, how you confirm a payment, where the history screen is in the Juwa backend and which players need extra patience. Write the key rules in one short note they can keep open while working. Agree in advance what happens if a large cash-out arrives: the simplest rule is that it waits for you.
