Juwa Player Inactivity Policy

Over months, many usernames go quiet. An inactivity policy decides what happens to them, and to any balance still on them, before it becomes a problem.

Why you need one

Old usernames clutter your panel and leftover balances raise questions months later. A clear written policy settles both.

A simple policy

Usernames with no activity for 90 days may be closed. Before closing, I will message you to cash out any balance.

Steps

1. Every month, list usernames with no loads or redeems in 90 days.
2. Message each player once with a friendly note.
3. If they reply, settle any balance.
4. If not, note the date and leave the balance on the username until they return.

Never take balances

Do not quietly remove leftover points. If a player returns, they should find their balance or a record of what happened.

Records

Keep a list of closed usernames with the date and last balance. It answers any future question quickly.

Announcing the policy

Post the policy in your group before you start applying it, and add it to your welcome message for new players. Nobody should be surprised. When a player returns after a long break, greet them warmly, confirm their username status and settle anything outstanding first. Handled well, a returning player becomes a regular again.

Review the policy once a year and adjust the time limit if it does not suit your players.
