Juwa Agent Growth Plateau

Many Juwa agents grow quickly for a few months and then stall. That is normal, and usually something specific is holding things back.

Check your hours

If you can only answer a few hours a night, you may have reached the number of players those hours can serve. More hours, or a helper, may be the answer.

Check reply speed

Look at a busy evening. How long did players wait? Slow replies quietly push players elsewhere.

Referrals

Most new players come from existing ones. Ask your regulars, once, whether they know someone who might like to join. No pressure, no fake rewards.

Rules and friction

Are minimums too high, or cash-outs too slow? Small changes can open the door to new players.

A simple review

Accept a level

Some agents prefer a steady group they can serve well. That is a valid choice too.

Look at who left

Growth can stall because players quietly drift away as fast as new ones join. Compare your active list with three months ago. If many names disappeared, ask one or two of them, politely, why they stopped. Their answers point to what needs fixing far better than guesses do.

Sometimes the fix is as simple as answering at a different hour.
