Juwa Agent Business Plan

A short written plan helps a new Juwa agent avoid the most common early mistakes: overspending, vague rules and no records.

1. Players

List the first players by name. Where they live and when they play tells you your hours.

2. Hours

Write the hours you can keep every week, not just the first one.

3. Starting balance

Choose an amount you can comfortably leave in your seat. Small and steady beats big and stressful.

4. Prices and minimums

Decide what you charge players and the smallest reload you accept.

5. Records

Pick one spreadsheet now. Columns: when, which Juwa username, in or out, how much, and the payment reference that backs it.

6. Monthly review

7. If you stop

Plan how you would cash out remaining players and tell them. It shows players you are serious.

Keep it visible

Save the plan where you see it, and revisit it after your first month.

A worked example

Imagine an agent with eight friends who play two or three evenings a week. Their plan might say: hours 8 PM to midnight, minimum reload set to a small round figure, starting balance enough for two weeks, a review on the first Sunday of each month. It fits on one screen and still answers every important question. Adjust the details to your own players.
