Juwa Agent Spreadsheet

The Juwa backend records transactions, but it does not tell you whether your room is making money. A simple spreadsheet does.

Four tabs

• Players: username, chat name, date joined, referred by.
• Loads: date, time, username, points, money received.
• Redeems: date, time, username, points, money paid.
• Restocks: date, points bought, price paid, bonus received.

Daily totals

At the bottom of each day, sum points loaded, points redeemed, money in and money out. One glance tells you how the night went.

Weekly reconciliation

Every week, compare: opening balance plus restocks minus loads plus redeems. The result should match the balance shown at ht.juwa777.com. If it does not, find the gap now, while the week is fresh.

Monthly view

Add a summary tab with monthly totals and active player count. Trends become obvious: growth, quiet months, rising redeems.

Who can edit

Give helpers edit rights only to the tabs they fill in, and review their entries weekly.

Keep it in the cloud

Use an online sheet so a lost phone does not mean lost records, and share edit access only with helpers who need it.

Keep it simple

A sheet you actually fill in beats a sophisticated one you abandon after a week.

A sample row

Loads tab: "3 Nov, 21:15, abc104, 200 points, payment received". Redeems tab: "3 Nov, 23:40, abc104, 350 points, paid by transfer". Plain rows like these are all you need. Colour a row yellow if anything about it needs a follow-up, and clear the colour once it is sorted.

Also useful: weekly reconciliation, transaction history and agent monthly goals.
