Juwa Auto-Reply Hours

An unanswered message at 4 AM makes a Juwa player wonder whether you have vanished. A short automatic reply settles that worry without waking you.

Where to set it

WhatsApp Business and Telegram both support away messages or bots that answer outside set hours. Configure them to match the closing and opening times you post.

What to say

"Thanks for your message. We are closed now and reopen at 3:00 PM. Paid reloads are handled first, in order." Three sentences: acknowledgment, return time, reassurance.

What to leave out

Do not promise exact load times you cannot guarantee, and never include payment details that might change. Players should confirm those with you live.

During the day

Some agents set a short greeting for first-time contacts: who you are, your hours and where the rules are pinned. It saves typing the same introduction repeatedly.

Holidays and days off

Update the auto-reply before any day away. An away message that says you reopen at 3 PM when you are actually back on Monday is worse than none.

Check it works

Message your own business number from another phone after setting it. Read what players will actually see.

Keep the tone human

An auto-reply should still sound like you. Use the same greeting and sign-off as your normal messages so players feel they reached the right room, not a machine. Avoid capital letters and long lists of rules; one friendly sentence about when you return is plenty. Review the wording every few months.
