Day 1: explore an empty login
Ask us for an empty Juwa agent login. Sign in, change the temporary password and click through every menu. Create a test player and note how loading and redeeming look on screen. Nothing you do here can cost money, so experiment freely.
Day 2: play as a player
Install the app on your own phone from the player download page and sign in with your test player. Try a few reels and the keno board. When players ask you questions later, you will know what they are looking at.
Day 3: write your house rules
Decide your minimum load, when you handle redeems and how players should send proof of payment. Put it in one short message you can pin. Clear rules from day one prevent most arguments.
Day 4: your first order
